Sea grass thongs

Love them it’s a second pair that I have ordered they are so comfortable on. I have three colours the sand the grey and the sea grass. I used to use Birkenstocks but I’ve changed to holsters.

Hi Rosa, we're so glad you're loving your Coastal Seagrass thongs and appreciate your loyalty! Thank you for choosing Holster Australia again. Enjoy your new pairs!

The size 9 was incorrectly marked as a size 10. The white pair on the left. Bought two pairs, same size, but one way bigger than the other as you can see in the photos. Holster made it difficult to exchange. Had to get a credit. Now not sure what to purchase

Hi Angela,

We're sorry to hear about your disappointment with the sizing and return process.

We can see you've already been in contact with our customer service team regarding this.

Just to clarify, our Coastal and Sundreamer styles have different footbeds and sole constructions, so they can fit and measure differently, even in the same size. We have individual size guides for each style on our website to help customers find the best fit.

As mentioned in our previous correspondence, there can also be slight sizing variations due to the injection moulding process. Our team had offered to investigate the measurements further to determine whether there was a sizing discrepancy with your new pair.

We're sorry we weren't able to resolve this to your satisfaction and appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback.

Cute and comfortable

The pink is like a barbie pink. They are super cute and bright. The shoes are comfortable and I had no blisters at all even though I walked around in them all week. Love them. I'm a size 7 AUS and bought the size 6 based on the reviews. They fit perfectly.
