Oh.my.gosh. I literally feel like throwing all my other shoes away!! My friend boasted about these shoes how it’s like walking on clouds - and she was right. So spongy and supportive - I have lived in them since. I wear them to work - so good for real estate running back and fourth to properties, as their wedges no one has commented on them being casual. Glad I got the two colours I rotate between the two. Even wore them out dancing on a Sat night! Also wore them to a rainy outdoor event - hello waterproof - killing it! The only shoes that don’t make me walk weirdly with my flat feet and no sore back at night!!! Good bye all my other shoes impossible to compete!!!

I ordered the Sky High Bundle and waited a long time for them to be delivered. When I sent Holster a message querying this, I received an AI generated response. I'm not happy receiving generic 'customer service' in this way so I told Holster to cancel my order and refund my money. Instead, two days later I received the shoes. Holster makes a lot of claims on their website. My experience of the Sky High wedge does not match their claims. The shoes are difficult to keep on, are not comfortable and do not help with my heel pain. Today I received an email from Holster asking me to review the shoes and receive a 10% discount on a further purchase. I emailed them my concerns about the shoes. They advised that the shoes could be returned if unworn. Well, I kind of needed to wear the shoes to see if they were as Holster advertised. Naturally, Holster asked me in the same email if I wanted to purchase something else instead. I feel misled and a victim of very creative marketing. Get used to it Australia. They only allow positive reviews with lots of stars on their website! Great AI I guess

This is the first time we have heard feedback of this nature regarding this style which was rigorously tested before it was launched into the marketplace after several years of development, however we understand everyone’s foot shape and fitting requirements are unique. These would be the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever owned, easily walk around all day with these on with no discomfort or sore feet at the end of the day. Will be buying in a few colours!
