Advertised size is not accurate. They're a much bigger fit. When I tried to return them I was told I would have to pay the freight cost. considering how expensive the shoes were, that is not good enough.

Hi there,

We're sorry to hear the sizing wasn't quite right for you and understand your disappointment.

Sizing can vary between our different styles due to their individual footbeds and constructions, which is why we provide a size guide for each style on our website.

Under our returns policy, customers are responsible for return postage for change-of-mind or sizing exchanges, and we cover the postage to send the replacement pair back out.

However, if you believe the shoes are measuring incorrectly against our advertised size guide, we'd be more than happy to investigate this further.

We appreciate your feedback and are sorry your experience wasn't what you'd hoped for.
