I have to say they were perfect straight away not heavy not tight just my perfect 41 … 10 and I have wide feet but I just adjusted the buckles my arch is supported the inside foot feel

They are really hard. I was expecting them to be soft as i have read in other reviews.
We appreciate your honest feedback! We’re sorry they didn’t feel as soft as you expected. Some customers do find they soften with use, but we understand everyone’s preference is different. Please message our customer service we’d be happy to help find a better option or assist you further.
Unfortunately the fit was poor. As usually a 9-9.5 I ordered down as instructed. The high instep means that the shoe is too tight. Definately don't buy down a size. Not suited to wide feet.
I do love them maybe just a bit too heavy but I will get uses to it.
