DO NOT BUY THESE

I received mine today and they are very hard and run about a size and a half small. I have narrow feet and my feet still don’t fit in.
I’ve asked for a simple refund as I will send them back. They refuse to refund. So just don’t buy them.
I never write reviews, but after 10 emails back and forth trying to resolve this. I’m writing this in complete frustration as to how they are able to get away with this.
