Shipping & Returns
We love getting your order to you quickly and orders cannot be amended once placed due to our automated warehousing processes. We will do our best to assist with delivery address changes and the sooner you can advise us of this, the more likely we are to be able to make the changes for you. We recommend by 8am latest if ordering from after 12noon the previous day and if between 9am to 12noon QLD AEST, please let us know immediately.
Depending on the size of your order, we may ‘pack down’ your order to 2 pairs per shoe box or into a delivery carton. Unfortunately we cannot post out empty shoe boxes.
We’re pretty speedy getting your holster goodies out to you*. Orders received before 12 noon Monday to Friday will be shipped that same day. Orders received after 12 noon will be shipped the following business day.
* During major sales events, please allow up to a week for orders to be dispatched and please note that orders will be dispatched in the order they are received due to our automated warehouse processes.
Depending on your delivery address and shipping selection, we then select a carrier to suit. The evening after your order is dispatched, you will receive an email notification with the tracking number.
Once we’ve dispatched your order you will receive them anywhere from 1 – 5 working days from then! (We know you can’t wait).
Orders over $99 are shipped for free Australia wide. Orders $99 and under attract a $10 freight fee.
We offer the choice of Authority to Leave or Signature Required methods of delivery. If you have selected Authority to Leave, your parcel will be left at the designated delivery address. If Signature Required is selected and you are not available to sign for delivery, a card will be left for you to either call the courier company to arrange re-delivery or to collect your order from your local Post Office.
If you select the authority to leave method of shipping and are not at the supplied address at the time of delivery, delivery is at your risk with the parcel being left at your nominated delivery address. For this reason holster strongly recommends you nominate a work address to receive your product/s or select the signature required option.
We understand you’re super excited to receive your holster order, but please allow 24 hours from receiving your dispatch advice before trying to track it (we send a dispatch advice with a tracking link on the evening of the day we dispatch your order). If you have not received a dispatch advice from us, this is caused by your server security settings, particularly prevalent for company email addresses and emails using bigpond.com
Any queries relating to the contents of your delivery must be received by us within 5 working days of delivery or collection of your order.
Holster accepts no responsibility for goods once dispatched.
International orders will be delivered via various courier companies including TNT and AusPost. A tracking number will be emailed to you upon dispatch.
International orders may be subject to local charges. Any customs clearance or import duties and associated fees/taxes are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. holster cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on your order, nor can we accept a return of the order in this case. All international freight documentation is lodged with a declared value of the cost of the shoes only, freight costs are not included in the declared value. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for further information. If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned and holster will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence. We cannot mark international orders as a gift in order to bypass or reduce any customs fees. This is an illegal practice and, as an established business, we will not do this.
Depending on the efficiency of local courier companies in your particular country, delivery is estimated to be within 3-7 business days from the time we receive your order. We require a signature on delivery so suggest all packages are sent to a company address to ensure a faster delivery to you.

We know how challenging it is to stop at just one pair of holsters, so we’ve worked hard to make our shipping rates as competitive as possible:
New Zealand – $15 shipping for orders up to $100, FREE SHIPPING for orders over $100.
South East Asia/South Pacific – $35 shipping for the first pair of shoes, $10 for every pair thereafter.
North America/Canada – $25 shipping for orders up $100, $20 shipping for orders from $100 up to $200, FREE SHIPPING for orders over $200.
UK/Ireland/South Eastern Europe – $40 shipping for the first pair of shoes, $10 for every pair thereafter.
Middle East/South Africa – $50 shipping for the first pair of shoes, $15 for every pair thereafter.
Rest of World - $50 shipping for the first pair of shoes, $20 for every pair thereafter.

Not completely happy with your order? No need to panic, holster Australia is here to help.
If your shoes are unsuitable or just not quite what you expected and they were purchased via www.holsterfashion.com, please return them to us within 30 days of purchase and we can organise a refund or store credit in accordance with the below options.
Full priced items: Items sold at regular retail price may be returned for a refund or store credit valid for 12 months.
Sale items: Sale or discounted items are non-refundable and will automatically receive an online store credit linked to your email address, valid for 12 months.
Gift Cards/Store Credits: Gift cards and Store Credits are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.
To get started simply follow the steps below and we'll have you smiling in no time.
1. Obtain an RA (return authorisation) number by calling holster on +61 7 5449 0232, emailing us here, or grabbing us on Live Chat online at www.holsterfashion.com.
2. Complete the returns form provided as a link on your order confirmation email or you can download this here and enclose with your return. The item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, unused, in original condition and in its original packaging.
3. Enclose boxed items in a satchel for protection – stickers or other material stuck to the outside of the shoe box may result in your return being refused.
4. Please return to us using a traceable postage or courier service as holster is not liable for the loss of the item being returned.
Once received by holster please allow 5-10 working days for your refund or store credit to be processed.
Shipping and Extra Charges
When returning goods to holster, postage charges are to be covered by the customer.
If your returned item is confirmed by our warranty team as damaged or defective and inside warranty (see more details below) or if we shipped you the incorrect items, we will gladly refund you for all return shipping costs – please be sure to include the postage receipt with your return in this instance.
We do not credit domestic or international freight, customs and duties paid on your order for non-warranty returns.
Holster warrants to the original purchaser that the product will be free from defects in materials and/or workmanship for a period of three (3) months.
The warranty period commences on the date of purchase from holster or the authorised retailer. For any warranty claims, the original purchase receipt must be returned with your claim to the retailer you purchased from. This proof of purchase is mandatory for any warranty issues.
Warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear or the natural breakdown of colours and materials over extended time and use.
Should you receive, or wish to place a warranty claim for a faulty or damaged item, please complete the “Warranty Enquiry” enquiry form via this link or email us. We will also require images of your shoes including the sole, top and problem area plus proof of purchase.
